I ordered the L'Occitane duo hand cream on the 17th and it was delivered on the 21st. I was amazed.
I ordered a pair of "As Is" Cougar boots on the 22nd. They shipped on the 27th and were delivered today. They would've been delivered on Saturday, but we don't have weekend service in my rural area.

Oh and I had to send back a 3-piece Cuddl Duds set (it was supposed to be Regular, but was mislabeled by the manufacturer and was clearly a petite).
I took a photo (comparing two sets in different colors) and sent it to the Social Team and they issued the refund immediately. I hadn't even had time to get the package to the post office.
I was very surprised at that. I had only wanted to make absolutely certain that I didn't get charged return shipping.

Received my IHWKP order yesterday - days before the estimated delivery date I agreed to when I finalized the order.
Delivery was USPO from start to finish - first time I've seen this exact process, but overall I've been fortunate to have had all my orders since before the pandemic and since arrive by the time I thought they would be here.
I can't even hazard a guess why the problems and successes are so random, but they are. I'd buy even less than I do now if I had to pay a membership fee. Those fees do not work well for me.

@hgsuddle I'm thinking shipping (and prices) may become a bigger issue in the next few weeks.

@hgsuddle Don't despair...it will (probably) arrive eventually. I ordered 2 tops on Dec. 30 that didn't arrive til FEBRUARY!

I guess it depends on the vendor? I've ordered several things since Jan~ they processed in a few days, shipped usually within 3 days, and got to me only a few days later. I'm in CT.
I keep saying on posts like this, and hoping I don't "jinx" myself, saying it so much....maybe I've been lucky but, I haven't had ANY shipping problems, or delays, of any kind from QVC lately or really in most of my 20+ years shopping here.

I really don't understand how their shipping AND returns departments can be so bad. It takes sometimes up to a week for an item to ship, and processing a return can take a month. They love to brag about how long they've been in business (frankly, a miracle), yet they are slow as molasses in a world that expects everything yesterday.

@hgsuddle OMG, don't get me started. I have items that have gone back and forth between coasts and never arrived at my house. Take a look at your tracking. USPS has also sent back two items and said "moved, left no forwarding". I've lived here for 30 years. I'm really sick of it.

I read when they laid off Carolyn and Dan they laid off a total of 400 employees. Perhaps there are fewer people doing the same work. That happened at 2 different places where I worked. I'm waiting on an order from another online retailer that I placed February 28. I received an email today (March 4) that it finally shipped.
