Ha! QVC needs to provide a stylist, not a memo! I would think having stylists work with hosts before they go on the air would make the entire channel look more current and fresh; it is a new year so it would be a great time to start making some updates...nothing drastic...but at least have some stylists help hosts look fresh and put together before they go on the air..........I think hosts would have more credibility if they dressed like they were knowledgeable regarding basic style.

A stylist can't point out your job is in jeopardy. A memo can . . .

I also noticed the improvement. Always liked her, felt she had her own unique style but could be so much better. She is not only dressing more professional but she is wearing less makeup, is getting away from that harsh looking white looking lipstick and her hair has warmer tones. She looks so much better. Now you can see her for the pretty woman she is.

My natural nails are squared-off too, as I've never liked the dagger look. I'm constantly complimented on how they look; I'm sorry you feel they are horrible. To each his own, I guess. I've never taken a close look at Shawn's nails, but I will next time I see her. I have a feeling that they're not quite as bad as you say.

My natural nails are oval, and long, but not dagger-shaped at all. It's a very complementary shape to any hand. I too get constant compliments on my nails. No, I do not like a fake nail that seems to be the normal size on the nail bed, and flares out like fan at the tip. You don't notice people's nails? Really? I find that weird. It's hard not to notice Shawn's hand when she's feeling up a leather purse.

...Not that the exterior is what counts but she was definitely doing herself no justice whatsoever. I bet without all the bad makeup, fingernails, & hair color she'd be very pretty.

...Still can't stand her as a host but that aside, I always felt a little bad for her that she was selling herself short appearance-wise. Someone who loves her should have nicely told her long ago.

PS - Antonella's new haircut looks fabulous! Makes her look much younger too.

The white lips, the uncombed, hay hair and the bad style, the childish actions are still there. No change that I can see.

Shawn matched her hair to her boots tonight. Great 'do with the one blonde sprig amongst her natural near-black and the eight other colors, and a darn swell look with the hot pink spring dress and cardigan, said no one ever.

In the show tonight with Valerie, I thought Shawn's dress was pretty but the cowboy looking boots....not so much.

Sounds hideous but then why should we expect any different. The rest of the show host's all dress so nice and are so professional. I don't understand why the Q puts up with the shannanigans from her.

I really enjoy Shawnie Sue! I think she is fun! I agree that she wears too many LOGO pieces and those never look good on anyone. But come on...her hair is not as bad as Lisa's, who looked as if she had a squirrel clinging to the back of her head with that horrible fake hair the other day!

Shawn's pretty dresses lately are wonderful. I am positive that she is pregnant...but probably, because of her age, she wants to wait to be out of the early stage; probably does not want to have what happened to Jill a few years ago happen to her.

The best dressed women are on HSN...beautifully dressed, with great hair, jewelry, and style!
