I ordered a David Markstein bracelet and received a Jai bracelet instead .   I have wanted this particular bracelet and have  checked to see if it was available everyday and was thrilled when it finally was!   I did contact CS and they did refund me and apologized for the mistake .  

I never had this happen before ,  with technology it's hard to beileve mistakes like this happen.  I guess they do though.  I guess who ordered the Jai bracelet received my David Markstein bracelet which costs more ,   I have never been drawn to the Jai  line .

Sorry to hear they sent You the wrong bracelet.  Was it the Mocha Nail head bracelet you wanted ?

 I've had it happen to Me before with clothing.   Of course like You, it always seems to be something I REALLY want.  

I've noticed the pieces that are Popular in Davids line get reordered.   Fingers crossed anyways !

Yes it is dissapointing when it's an item you REALLY want !   It's never  an item that you Iike ,  but you wouldnt be too upset over !

I'll just keep checking .   Right now only gold which I already have .

i saw your post about Amy's  studio line coming soon.   I like msny other items  .   I especially like that blazer from last time.   I have the ivory,   Didn't you grab the pink ?

Happened to me just today. That outfit don't know which end is up ! Came in a QVC pkg. with my address

and somebody else's name on the bill statement.

Suppose to have been a Stan Herman halftan, but, it was a great big size 1x blazer !   huh?  I checked my credit card purchases to see if it was on my card it

wasn't , so, I didn't pay for it that's good.

Just put the real address on the bag and put back in mailbox.  Hope the 1x gal gets my halftan and does the same.

I can see why the place is in trouble.

Good memory !! I did order the pink, but it was too large so I returned it. I also got her white wide leg jeans with the wide cuff that I enjoy wearing.


From her newest collection I want the sweatshirts with the long fitted cuffs. It reminds me of the blazer I got from her line a couple years ago with similar cuffs.


I’ll have to be quick, just like Simply Stunning, Amy’s items fly out !!

If people shop here as much as they say for as many years that they do, it's bound to happen once in a while.

I have had the wrong size shoes twice,pants mislabeled in a larger size and someone else's order several times. 30 plus years of shopping here, so it happens.

One time I sent back an incorrect size  top and asked for an exchange in the correct size and received the exact same wrong size. I figured stocked incorrectly?

That's disappointing @Kitty Galore  what happened to me once I order a Isaac Mizrahi jacket in navy and they sent a green choice instead. It eventually got resolved.

I remember I ordered a pillow pet (stuffed animal pillow) for my son for Christmas one year from ShopNBC and a piece of furniture was delivered. I think it was some type of console table. Talk about a big snafu.
