I will be receiving 2 orders - both the same thing..... is it possible to send them back without opening the boxes?  what is the best way to do this?

Yes, if they are delivered UPS, take them to a UPS store and say they are being refused.  If sent USPS, take them to post office.  Must not be opened!! No return shipping charges!  Done!

You can also just give them to any UPS driver or mail carrier.

Not a great idea.

I prefer to get some written proof of refusal, which they'll give me.

If I hand them to a carrier or driver, who is to say I ever did that if it disappears on the way back?

I usually just print up a return form from this website and tape it to the box over their mailing label so it gets returned.  Eiher way, you won't have a problem.
