I had ordered a v-neck tee from Isaac which was huge. Returned it on the 19th, but QVC no longer had a color which worked well with my complextion so I selected "Citron" as a last resort. I really do love the tee! Today, the bright PINK was back in stock and QVC had a few hours of FREE S&H so I went ahead and ordered the color since it's great with my complexion and it is a great tee.
I just contacted Customer Service and asked if my returned package had been processed. "No, it hasn't arrived yet." So I explained that I really don't want the Citron tee and I ordered the PINK today instead. Asked if there was any way QVC could simply credit my MC instead of sending out the other color tee (as originally requested on the form)?
Samatha made notations on my account that, indeed, I had purchased another tee in a different color and preferred to have a CREDIT instead of a replacement! She also assured me that if the Shipping Dept. fails to read her note, I won't be charged for return S&H!! I'm so happy with her excellent customer service. She was so kind and helpful.
Perhaps things may be looking up at the Q? I take that as the first positive phone call with a CSR at QVC (other than the mods who are always so wonderful and helpful) in over 15 years. This is amazing!!!
After so many horrible experiences with CSR's in the past, Samatha was delightful, professional and helpful to this customer. Hope this goes into her personnel file. She is outstanding and QVC is fortunate to have her as an employee.

trust and verify on your billing statement.
PS if you use Value Pay watch out for continuing charges for items you may have returned. I've had numerous problems on my account for returns, exchanges, return shipping on "your own way option " and continuing Value Pay erroneous charges " on returned items.
Seems one other poster mentioned on another thread the return or exchange process has always had issues.
