I believe that is a Susan Graver top. I own the color Sally has on, and also orange. They are nice tops.

I once "ran into" her (Sally) on a plane from Minneapolis to Philadelphia. There was a delay after boarding and I approached her to say "hello". She was so sweet, so kind, so friendly - she even asked to snapped a selfie of the both of us for her Facebook page. Now I always get a little smile in my heart when she is on the Q.

As vendors go, she is one of the more pleasant ones.  Not pushy or obnoxious.  Unique for sure; but tolerable.
