I placed an order on 10/17 from QVC for jogger pants. They stayed "in process" for two weeks. On 10/24 I finally gave up and contacted CS and they said they would have shipping look into the matter and it could take up to four working days for a solution. I looked later in the day and the packages had shipped on 10/24 and they were delivered late in the afternoon on 10/25.
I have cancelled two orders from Amazon because the items hadn't shipped after seven working days. I also cancelled an order from Zappos for the same reason. I live maybe 80 miles from their distribution center and usually get my shoes within 24 hours. Shipping is awful everywhere and I'm thinking I may be Christmas shopping locally. I usually do 90% online but not this year.

I ordered a sweater Oct. 21, shipped out Oct 23rd. Still in route. Ridiculous. Amazon has two day shipping. Este Lauder within 5 days. The Q the only one I know that takes so long. Now I really watch what I order knowing it takes a couple of weeks to get.

Have had several problems lately with order in process for too long....they won't let me cancel BUT they are not shipping. Something wrong is happening. Think that sometimes the product is not in stock but they won't say it and don't want to lose the orders.
