I have noticed lately that on some products you cannot leave a review. What is this about? I have been with QVC since day 1 and I now think that if a product is getting poor reviews, they do not allow you to leave a review. Case in point, I bought the No Makeup Makeup. I went in to give it a review as it is no different than any other product out there and it is expensive. The color tan is not tan, it is very yelllow. Back it goes. QVC, let your customers comment on products if done so respectfully .

@cazenovia - The review system was updated a year or so ago (maybe longer?), and with the way it is set up now, it is easier to start a review from your order history than from the product page. I'm not sure if you've already tried this, but if you go to your Order Status list and scroll to the item, you should be able to just click "Write a Review" and fill in the details in the page that pops up. (Most pop-up blockers still allow this screen to appear.) Being a little patient and reading carefully will be helpful in making sure you're adding all the details you want to while using the sections provided/required. Good luck!

As far as I know, this is the only way to leave a review now, because that ensures that the reviewer actually purchased the item.

@cazenovia 🌸

This is why I believe Your review has nothing to do with it being posted.

Not all reviews can be posted. 🥴

I’ve written POSITIVE reviews that weren’t submitted. They can only do so many and if someone has a very similar post to yours, even less chance that yours will be viewed by all.

Think about it.. the item sold 36,000 and say 1/3 of them wrote a review. They can’t possibly post all the reviews coming in.

Speaking of reviews, I did one on one of VPH's items. I received an email saying "it does not meet our Product Rating & Review Guidelines." It was a positive review the only thing I said was it had a lot of glitter that comes off and that the host which I did name said that it didn't.  What is so bad about that especially when they approve negative reviews from people who haven't even ordered the item.

I can relate.  I no longer leave any more reviews for anything I purchase from QVC or HSN.  I submitted a review awhile back after I made a purchase for some cornbread dressing for the holiday.  I went online to leave a review, mind you, this was for a food item, and QVC wouldn't post my review because of something they deemed was wrong with my review.  Three different times, after I received their email, I changed my review and submitted it again, and QVC still wouldn't submit my review.  From that day until now, I no longer submit ANY reviews for any products I purchase from QVC or HSN.  I get emails all the time, asking me to review something I recently purchased, and not only do I ignore them, but I delete them.  I'm done.

So, where are the reviews now? Are they not going to be posted? I can't find any!
