thank you, I did not know what the turn around was/is for refunds, thanks. Yes I used the correct email for both easy returns abd the social team.
@Kachina624 I return very little but sometimes things just don't work out and as in a pair of logo jeans that the garment measurements were a bit different than I'm used to, I ordered the 4 - the 2 were not available, I was hoping they'd work but they were way too big, kept slipping down because the waist and hips were too big, leaving me with baggy but.

@Kachina624 The last time I inquired of the social team about a refund they told me to send my request to qvceasyreturns returns and that's what I did this time.

I used the Easy Return process this week. I sent my email early Monday morning and just received the response saying they had issued my refund. It is Friday evening so it took about 5 days to get a response..

@Kachina624 when I go to my order to look at the refund. It only shows the original total price I paid, plus tax amd shipping and handling with the refund amount underneath, They don't even show the easy payments originally selected if at all.

Hi @Teddixat! There really should be a "Payment History" on your order page, even if there was a refund. If no payments show, have you tried tapping the little + sign by the words "Payment History?" Crazy though...different platforms, apps, software..seems like everybody gets something different. And yeah..guess we have to do the math.

The Return charges are now uncompetitive. I was shocked when I had to pay the $3.50 shipping and then $6.95 for the return. With so many other retailers shipping for free and no cost returns, I will now be shopping elsewhere. It's too bad because I do like
QVC.

The email return address was helpful, especially because they sent out the replacement right away. Unfortunately, the replacement was still the wrong product. I ordered a philosophy shower gel, got the body lotion. Returned to body lotion, asked for the shower gel to be sent as originally requested, got another body lotion.
Ended up just keeping the wrong product. It's just too frustrating to try to get a QVC return done right, no matter how they tell you to do it.
On a related note, I don't think I'm going to get my Beauty with Benefits gift bag, even though I ordered early on, because of the "glitch".
I'm trying again with the TSV, because I like the patent Think Roylln bag, but I'm very discouraged by QVC right now.
