has anyone returned anything after 30 days. what does Q do? do they return the item to you. i had a friend who returned a bunch of stuff to HSN and they sent them back and cancelled her account.

I returned one thing a few years ago-it was only a few days late. They credited my account for the purchase price but not the original shipping. They said that was their policy-I think it still is.

Now, they never refund shipping on returns. Way back when, they used to refund original shipping AND pay return shipping. Now you pay for both.

To try to clarify this perennial discussion about shipping charges: If you return an item within 30 days, you will receive a refund for price of the item plus original shipping. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping unless the item was defective or there was some error on QVC's part.

I've never returned anything after 30 days, but I've consistently read here that if they allow the return, you will receive a refund for the price of the item and nothing else. They will not refund original shipping in this case.

Years ago I found a printer cartridge I bought from QVC 6 months prior and it didn't fit my printer, I called customer and asked them what I should do about it and they said to send it back. I did send it back and they refunded my money, I did not receive the original shipping and I paid to return it.

I returned a microwave once, but I called and talked to CS before I did. It was a long time ago, but they took it. I've had bad luck with large appliances so I just don't order them any more.

I'm guessing it would depend on what 'a bunch of stuff' is. They do send out a letter to people that return too much, and have closed accounts.
