I have 3 orders with tracking numbers and there is no info for any of them! Drives me nuts! Why give us a tracking numbers at all! Shipping has gotten really, really slow

How were they shipped?
If USPS, you'll be lucky to see updates before delivery.
If UPS, something should be there. You might call if it's been more than a day to see if the tracking number changed.

Here's a new one for the tracking books. I'm expecting a package which should have already been here. A cording to tracking, it's gotten to Albuquerque where I live but has this notation: "LATEST EVENT: Albuquerque NM Delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster - February 12, 2014 9:00:00 AM
Now, we've had no rain/snow since December, the weather is partly cloudy with temps in 60's, no hurricanes, typhoons, wind storms, ice/snow storms, so what do you suppose is wrong?

The REAL frustration is that the tacking numbers I receive on my items from QVC do not relate to any numbers at my local postoffice. They do not recognize the numbers, at all.
Customer Service is USELESS on shipping issues.

I've found the best way to keep up with all UPS deliveries is by using their free "UPS My Choice" program (you can pay for added features, but I've never found that to be necessary).
Essentially, once you register the website will always notify you via email, text or voice (your choice) immediately when a package with your name and address has been shipped. The UPS website "sees" your name/address and triggers a notification to you. And you can get subsequent email, text or voice updates on the progress, including an alert when the parcel is placed at your door.

Fedex has a similar program called "Fedex Delivery Manager:"

Obviously many of you are having problems, but I'm not sure there is a blanket issue with QVC over the last few months as a couple of you have mentioned. I use the tracking numbers regularly and on my most recent purchases - one received this week - I had no problems. The tracking number was for UPS and it worked fine and was accurate. If you click on it on the QVC site and it doesn't work go directly to the UPS or whatever site and enter the number there to see if that works.
