BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE EXCHANGE POLICY

Though the Return /Exchange policy states and all the HOSTS proclaim that there is Free Exchange for Color or Size. There is a caveat that they do not clearly ever explain.  If you order a Petite and it doesnt fit for whatever reason and you want to exchange it for a Regular that in QVC corp. does not constitute exchanging for a different size.  It is considered a return and you will be charged for sending it back and charged for getting a different size.

It's a free exchange for the same item.

 

Often, petite and regular (or tall) sizes have different item numbers, which is considered to be a different item.

I ALWAYS use QEasyreturns.com email and I get notified within 4 -7 days that they’re sending out the Exchange.

Using the mail will take weeks and weeks and by then the item you want for the Exchange might be gone.

One time I asked for an exchange of a Tall Jean for a Regular Jean (not thinking about it being a different item number) and they were nice and did not charge me to send back. I needed to order the correct length. but the sale price was no longer there, so I didn’t bother.

My fault I should have ordered the Regular length to begin with. 🤷🏻‍♀️
