Return an item last week for an exchange in a different size.   Let's see it works.

It sounds like people are more successful when they call about the exchange.

Sometimes it works out for me and sometimes not.

Re: Returns/exchanges

You can also email for an exchange.
Send the pertinent info: order number, item number, new size, color, whatever to qvceasyreturns@qvc.com.

Ive done this before and it works perfectly every time.
They will respond in a few days and send out your exchange if it is in stock.

Then just pack up the original merchandise and send it back with the label. I never send anything back until I hear back from the exchange person. But if you already have then it shouldn't be a problem.

if you are exchanging there is no cost taken off for the return shipping label.

@Mi47

If you didn't use the EZ returns method, contact CS or the Mods.....and just filled out the form requesting an even change.......

I'm not a betting person but I'd say your chances are Slim to None.

If you haven't already, contact QVC about the even exchange request.

In my experience, that is the Only way it works.  I have used it many times.

UPDATE

Chat with CS.   Explained the issue.   Ser rep stated she would issue a $3.50 credit to cover S&H charge.   As of this morning haven't seen the credit.  QVC could use some lessons from Amazon re returns and refunds.

To clarify, on the return slip,  I noted this was an exchange for a different size, same color.   Guess it was overlooked.   ☹️

Debating about re-ordering item.  Don't want to pay for 3 S&H charges.

@Mi47    I've had spotty luck with exchanges.  I guess it depends on the conscientiousness of the person opening the package.

Good luck. They always say it's not available.

I sent an item back for refund that was too small after purchasing the size that I have purchased for years and according to the D&C sizing chart. My return was not only charged the $3.50 for shipping the item to them, but also $6.95 for the return...for a total of $10.45. I don't watch QVC anymore, so now I don't shop online. I was told this was their policy for returns. If I order something and it doesn't fit, then that's on me.

The Rep offered to refund the $10.45, I told him to keep it, QVC obviously needed it more than me otherwise why do this at all. They just lost any future purchases that would probably be more than $10.45. This is totally a sad turn of events. Too bad, QVC used to be a fun and competitve place to shop.

3rd Update

just received an email my exchange is being processed.  Was told originally it was a refund, called CS and was issued a refund of $3.50 for S&H, never saw it on my account.  Debated about re-ordering item, glad I didn't since QVC is now doing the exchange.

again QVC needs to take some lessons from Amazon re returns.

So let's wait and see if item ever arrives.   The saga continues.  LOL.
