Returning items is way too costly

Not only does Q charge too much for shipping, returns are extremely costly. I returned a very lightweight jacket today (in the Q bag) and w/insurance it cost $7.55. The jacket had been on sale for under $17.00. It was my mistake that I ordered the wrong size, but I won't be buying clothing (except for Linea) at Q any more.
