I ordered something from the Q that was nearly $60 with shipping and it came in a box with the return address listed as LANC RETURNS. The postage paid invoice inside the box also LANC returns. When I called CS I was told the item shipped directly from the vendor. When I asked why LANC RETURNS she just insisted it was a vendor ship. Really? If it was a return, it should be listed under the AS IS items. The item I ordered was A241253 but the baggie the item came in lists A91366.

Anyone else experience anything similar?
