Returning a Gift

I was happy to receive several items on my QVC wish list for Christmas. Unfortunately two items must be returned. The gift-giver completed the return portion of the packing slip and added my name and phone number so that i could use the credit on another item or two. How does that work? Do they send a gift card or just issue a store credit to my QVC account? When i say account, i do not mean QVC credit card account. I'd appreciate you sharing your experience in this regard.

Your best option, might be to call customer service and ask them. I know if I were  simply returning a purchase, my original method of payment would be credited. 

 

I'm not sure how it's handled, when a gift recipient is returning.
