I understand the frustration but it does cost a lot to ship something.  I have sold a couple of things on EBAY recently and was shocked at the shipping charges especially once the destination is west of the Mississippi.  

 

However a lesson I learned 50 years ago.... The Consumer Has The Power and we should use that power if we see fit.

I am totally frustrated with returning items that I paid to have shipped TO me and now have to pay around $8 to return.  Something is very upsetting about the QVC policies.  I have shopped at Nordstrom for years and I pay nothing to return items, even if I have had an item for months!  I just go to my items, click on the "return" and print the return page, or copy the return code.  Then it's off the FEDEX and I'm done.  No additional fee.  I think I truly have to rethink buying anything at the Q.  My husband would be thrilled and so would my bank account..
