Since atleast April 19, 2025,  QVC sent  notice  they no longer would be  be supplying return labels .

@skatting44  I have never received such a notice.

My last order in 2025 was around October.  One package & 2 return slips.  **Most of the time my return slip is outside of the package/box inside a clear cellophane pocket.**  If not there it's inside the package/box either on top of the item or at the very bottom.

My October 25 order was the very first time I received 2 return slips for 1 order.

I have not ordered in 2026 *yet.*

Re: Return labels being provided again

Even after QVC stated that they weren't going to include return labels anymore, I still received them with my orders for months. However, since about the beginning of February, none of my orders have had return labels—I just get the invoice with the return instructions on the reverse. I don't return a lot and haven't had any problems with the online return initiation process (and I need a label, not a code) so hopefully everything will continue to run smoothly. We'll see if the process ends up reverting for more customers...

Re: Return labels being provided again

I've been getting return labels on my shipping labels with some of my orders and not on others.

And sometimes I get a shipping label and sometimes I don't.

If an item comes directly from a vendor, I rarely get any kind of label.

Oh no.  Automatically providing return labels sure won't help Q's bottom line.

Imagine the cost and waste if they sell 10,000 units of an item each shipped with a return label.   Even with a return rate of 12% which would be high, that means they have wasted money providing 8,800 labels that will end up in the garbage.  That doesn't take into consideration those that pay their own return fees rather that use the return label.

Now picture the unused label cost and waste involved with QVC/HSN shipping nearly a half million packages every day.

I don't understand why the Q would start sending returns labels again.  Huge waste.  No other retailer sends out return labels.

However, as much as I order from the Q, all of my orders have always included a return label.    I never stopped receiving them.
