Recent QVC survey I got through my email.....

I received a QVC email about generalized questions about brands I shop on QVC. It highlighted later on that I have rarely ever and or never purchased Susan Graver clothing. I thought that was an odd focus item to track from account.. The questions went on to ask about quality, style , fabrics, price etc... Dud I find the clothes stylish, on trend. That kind of stuff
Another question was what would make me change my mind to try the Susan Graver line....I did the survey but I opted not to submit it.

Why not submit it?

I'm confused.  What's wrong with surveys other than taking a little time to do them?

They are just gathering info for marketing purposes.

Re: Recent QVC survey I got through my email.....

I received the same survey.

It started out by asking about Kim Gravel (a little bit) and then totally turned to Susan Graver.  I am not interested in purchasing her clothing line, but the entire survey ended up being based on her clothing.  It was hard to answer the questions when I don't have any experience with her products.

I submitted it, but I did write a comment explaining that I don't purchase Susan Graver and that I don't intend to.  I guess it was trying to show that maybe they are going to update her line and they are trying to entice people to purchase it.

Information they already have when talking about a QVC survey.

I'm sure they pay more attention to opinions on surveys they se d out than anything written here.  I am happy to share my opinions given the chance.

I wish they'd send me a survey on Kim Gravel and Susan Graver.

In general, I don't reply to surveys unless I am being paid or compensated in some way for my opinion. I don't work for free 😀

I try to fill out all surveys I have time for @grayhairdontcare . I agree with @Tori3569 , why not? I WANT them for marketing purposes @Desertdi. I don't see a problem with this. I don't feel I need to be paid. Woman Frustrated

There are many, probably too many, complaints on this forum. It has appeared nothing really changes with all this complaining. However, I feel surveys such as the one the OP mentioned, is to gather information to improve items and increase sales. I love to give my opinions as hopefully this will improve quality and pricing to fit my needs,

A month or so ago I was asked by QVC to be on their review program, receive free items and give my opinion. I really wanted to do that but they wanted too much personal information and tracking so I declined.

To me it's kind of like "I want to just complain but won't do anything to help a business improve."
