A return label was included in my package today of an IKWHIP bag. I was glad to see it, since I'm returning it. Hope it continues.

Me too! Receiving a label helps me if I have easy pays to reconcile with my credit card statement.

There was some message from QVC more than a year ago abt those return labels being discontinued .
One of my items more than 6 months ago had a return label which I put on a package to send back to QVC and it could not be scanned at the Post Office. I had to go home and print one out using the return/exchange process on QVC website.
So beware the label you think will process might not and your package will be in limbo

@skatting44 If they can't scan it they just enter the nunber manually. I always get a receipt.

Some number was missing on the label so they said no to manually entering . Everytime they have to hand enter there is a delay .
Further more many items now do not come with the self peel return labels in the package for atleast a year .
Since atleast April 19, 2025, QVC sent notice they no longer would be be supplying return labels . You go to the order # online and navigate through Return/Exchange

Oh no. Automatically providing return labels sure won't help Q's bottom line.
Imagine the cost and waste if they sell 10,000 units of an item each shipped with a return label. Even with a return rate of 12% which would be high, that means they have wasted money providing 8,800 labels that will end up in the garbage. That doesn't take into consideration those that pay their own return fees rather that use the return label.
Now picture the unused label cost and waste involved with QVC/HSN shipping nearly a half million packages every day.

I agree that is amazing! I buy a lot here and over the last few months I have almost never gotten a return label.
I have a few open orders and hope that return labels are provided if I need them.
