QVC has been using Newgistics for quite a few years.  I have no problem with it. In fact, it's very good for the customer. 

 

You will ill get a tracking number from the post office.  If you go to Newgistics.com, you can track your package. 

 

It it may take a day or two longer, but you never have to worry about your return getting lost on the way.  Once the post office scans your package into the system, QVC knows you have returned it.  

 

I had a return take longer than normal to reach the QVC warehouse and called Customer Service.  They knew the package had been returned because it was in the Newgistics system. So, they went ahead and issued my refund. 

 

"I've been here since October 2006. Wow!"

I hear and understand everything you say but when you contact CS the majority of the reps never heard of Newgistics which is laughable!   I returned a computer   One agent told me that newgistics was the name of the computer company and once they get it they'll contact QVC  I almost fell out my chair  These guys are getting paid and no nothingSmiley LOL

Same exact thing happening to me. I shipped back with the prepackaged Q label and 5 days later this company called Newgistics picked it up. Not only do they not show the destination but the date of delivery. Never again will I purchase from QVC. I purchased a Dooney & Boutke handbag and it arrived with ink marks all over it. I immediately returned it the next day. How could QVC entrust a $350 handbag to such a terrible company for returns. I'm very upset considering I purchased this on easy pay and who knows how long it will take to get back to QVC and they told me that they cannot stop easy pay unyi they teciev the return. No of this was my fault to begin with, I didn't ask to receive an item of lesser quality.

It probably is a lot cheaper to use it.  That's my guess.
