QVC has been using Newgistics for quite a few years. I have no problem with it. In fact, it's very good for the customer.
You will ill get a tracking number from the post office. If you go to Newgistics.com, you can track your package.
It it may take a day or two longer, but you never have to worry about your return getting lost on the way. Once the post office scans your package into the system, QVC knows you have returned it.
I had a return take longer than normal to reach the QVC warehouse and called Customer Service. They knew the package had been returned because it was in the Newgistics system. So, they went ahead and issued my refund.

I hear and understand everything you say but when you contact CS the majority of the reps never heard of Newgistics which is laughable! I returned a computer One agent told me that newgistics was the name of the computer company and once they get it they'll contact QVC I almost fell out my chair These guys are getting paid and no nothing![]()

It probably is a lot cheaper to use it. That's my guess.
