I get the "Your account has been compromised" type texts from Amazon and various places I don't even use.

 

They started when I canceled my landline and began using my cell number as my primary phone number.

@geezerette   I've been a Prime member for years but never get those scam Amazon messages.  I have a cell but give the number to nobody.  I rarely use it.

I never had that problem when I didn't give my cell number out either.

I would call CS and see what's going on....maybe the refunds were sent to you by mistake and someone else is waiting for them!

Flip side are items returned and received at the warehouses and noted as such, for weeks and then you have to prod someone to process your returns and turn them into credits due back to your card. This is what happens to me.
