I have more of an issue with getting the right item, but in the wrong size. Just yesterday it happened. The pkg it was in showed a petite small, but the item inside was a reg. med. So dissapointing because the size I needed was no longer avail. of course. As for getting thhe wrong item entirely, that has only happened once that I can recall.

Okay, since this four-year-old thread is still going, I'll add my experience!

 

I recently ordered a 3-piece Cuddl Duds set in regular.  Thank goodness I tried it on, because it was a petite.  Emailed the Social Team with photos (against another set) showing the several inches difference in length, sent it back, got an immediate refund.

 

End of story.  Moving on.
