It’s interesting to see that other people are receiving wrong items. This has happened to me several times this month. I often have a long wait, the package is labeled correctly, the wrong item is inside, and item is sold out when trying to reorder. It’s frustrating and I too am reconsidering buying from QVC.

YES but it seems to happen more with items that are on marked down on clearance. NEVER BRAND NEW items.

Therefore it’s repackaging in warehouse or customers returning things and putting them in the wrong bag to begin with??


Things like this have happened to me at other retailers too though…Not just QVC


Ie. I ordered a MacKenzie Childs mirror that was on sale from Neiman M and they sent me one with a scratch on the mirror that could not be fixed. And MacKenzie Childs items are not cheap! 🤣 Sent it back and waited for replacement.


Ordered Elemis from Macys received out dated lotion and Elemis is NOT cheap. 🤣


Ordered lip pencil from Estée Lauder, after waiting over a month they send me an email saying item is Out of Stock. 🤣


STUFF happens but The Q’s Customer service is Outstanding when I get the wrong item and that’s what matters most to me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered an expensive dog bed and received a less expense bed made by the same company! 🤣

The box label stated it was the one I ordered BUT

inside the box was a cheaper bed not even close to what I ordered in color and quality. 🤣

@Yorkie 102 - I see you've only just signed up for the forums, but this thread is  4 YEARS OLD.  We're not supposed to resurrect old threads.  (You might even want to do a search, as there's probably a current one on this topic.)  Hope that helps.

I had ordered Slatkin candles on clearance 3 different times & was sent a different scent from what I ordered. (Thats so wrong) The scents were, well, to be kind...not for me. Another $$ donation! I'm just about finished with Slatkin candles, to order and receive a scent unknown and worse when the right one ordered and sent & fragrance is not as described. Live & Learn, don't have excess money to burn!

I received the wrong size today on a pair of SG pants. I ordered a petite s and received a petite large. Called and I have to send it back. Didn't order the right size. I want to give them to Good Will. Of course they wouldn't like that idea!!!

Have been a member a long time but that doesn't matter.

I did it I am no longer a member of QVC. They just can't get it right. Wrong item and it becomes my problem. I will pay and donate them to a worthy charity. I liked being a member but they ruined it for me.
