I have signed up for my favorite products to have email reminders for the Q. Is there a way to do this for Q2? Since I have to view it on IPad or computer, could schedule which shows to watch. I can't DVR from computer.

I signed up for notifications for TSV's and programs that are the vendors I purchase from. I used to get them. It probably been six months or more since I received any emails for anything except the Insider. As of Sunday, I can't even access the Insider online. I have been a loyal QVC customer since 1993. I have never experienced such poor customer care from this company. This is the third time that I have posted about the Insider inaccessability. The first was a thread that I started regarding the topic. I received no answer from QVC. The other one was included in a Customer Care issue that another person posted. I just don't know how much longer QVC will get my money. From my perspective they don't seem to care very much.

@Tuppermore It's more than frustrating, isn't it? I've had the same difficulty w/ The Insider. Finally received Oct. yesterday, but should receive them a month in advance, IMO...or at least midway the previous month. In my Oct. issue, some presale TSVs...colors, sizes already gone.
The true problem is as you said, poor CS.
