QVC has gone downhill very rapidly. Between not enclosing return labels most of the time which is absolutely ridiculous!! Will make me very cautious on what I purchase going forward! Also, seems they let hosts pick and choose what days and how many they want to work now. ( nice gig if you can get it)... wow. !, Maybe Hire new hosts that really want to be there!!,,, I won't be shopping at qvc as much as i use to, very little now very disappointed to say the least! Also, stop bringing Michele Lau on selling those outlandish diamond prices which the majority of us can it afford!!!! Especially in todays day in age with the way prices are. QVC should be ashamed!!

i will be looking to other networks in the future, very frustrated and dissatisfied with qvc!! Ive been a long time customer as well. QVC you need to make some major changes!!!

Yesterday I received an email from UPS saying that my package would be delayed because when it was being transferred to the post office (eek!), they were closed! At 2:00PM in the afternoon?! What's with that?

QVC can't do anything about shipper delays. It's out of their hands after orders have been picked up.

It's been hit or miss for me. I've had a few orders ship within 2-4 days. One, 11 days in preparing your order, is an in-stock item from last year. I am unable to cancel it.

Try telling QVC on Feedback at the bottom of the page. I don't think anyone with influence to do anything about it reads Forum comments.

Taking so long to leave warehouse qvc's problem, once it ships shipping companies problem,however, qvc sends these packages the slowest method possible. UPS then usps is ridiculous. So that shipping is qvc's fault as they pick the method. Let's face it we pay for shipping. Even items they bag together, have separate fees attached .

I agree Q has gone downhill...way downhill.

Hosts are contracted/hired for many things and multiple Q channels. Their employer sets their hours, appearances, schedules, etc. They don't work schedules you prefer since you aren't their employer.

Hosts also earn vacation time, sick time, etc and use it just like the rest of us.

That said, hosts drive me nuts with personal stories, rudeness, and air-head talk.

Q's marketing ploys, including menopause monday, over 50, and other age related schtick, is usually insulting and nothing more than a title with zero related content. It's no better than any of Q's other generic show titles.

I pick and choose what and when I watch because I have dozens of other things I can do and enjoy.

@luvsnascar - It would be a good idea, if you want to post/complain, that you start a new thread, so that others don't waste their time thinking they're replying to a new thread.

@Magicrat The post offices around here close at 2PM except for a few. They are trying to save money. The lobby in ours is open where you can buy stamps from a machine, slots to deposit your mail and some other things. Don't have to pay employees past two o'clock.
