I was checking status on my order, hoping to receive my omega necklace today and was a little baffled. I live in Texas and am wondering why it left the state. Saturday morning it arrived in the main post office and by the afternoon it was in Bronxville, NY

I would go to the local post office and ask.  I find you get better responses in person.

@GCR18 Thanks I will do that. I called customer service and they said it was probably an error.

Yeah, that's a Post Office thing, not a QVC thing. Once it leaves their distribution center, QVC can only report what the USPS log says.

@qvcfreak

I agree with CS, it's probably a tracking error. I've had weird things like that show on orders, only to have it delivered on time.

Whenever I track an order (from any seller) it many times does not make sense, but my item eventually gets to me. I don't recall having anything get lost and I buy almost exclusively from the internet. It appears as though they are trying to get the deliveries done without incurring any extra cost.

I buy very little beyond renewals of my AD's nowadays but recently I did place 2 orders.  Both were promised for Wednesday, 2/1.  Both arrived early on Thursday, 1/26.

I buy locally for everything I need right away, but I have had no QVC delivert issues for well over 5 years now -  and the last problem was created by my UPS driver who delivered my package to the wrong address.

By the way that isn't just a QVC problem.  Last week-end I got an Amazon package that should have been delivered elsewhere, fortunately in my neighborhood and within walking distance because the package wasn't too heavy for me to carry.

Well the postman didn't even stop at my house today, so no package for me. Maybe tomorrow.

@millieshops  You're a nice person for walking it over.  That happens to me a lot........mostly when there's a substitute mail carrier.  I've even gotten other people's medications.  The streets and addresses are confusing in my condos, but I just walk it over.  I just hope others will do the same for me!
