Question About Returning Your Way To QVC

I have a package to return to QVC and don't want to use their label because it's so slow.  Do I use the tiny QVC address at the very bottom of their Newgistics return label?  It's so small I wasn't sure.  I hope I'm making myself clear.

I wasn't sure if I should use that tiny label or just write out a label myself.  It does have a bar code on it, so I thought I should probably use it.

[ Edited ]

I don't, I write my own label.

The bar code is your order #, so if they just scan that as 'returned', they don't see your reason for return (wrong item/color/size or defective or exchange) until they get around to actually processing the return to see that info.

I think that's why so many people get a refund instead of an exchange and don't get their original shipping back on a defective item.

I would do my own return label with your return address on it.  That is how I have done it when not using their return label.

Thank you @KingstonsMom  and @Pecky .  I'll write my own label.

@KingstonsMom  and @Pecky , do you just mail your returns the cheapest way with tracking?

@Nicknack
I did the same thing once! Along the way someone marked it return to sender. Anyway, QVC got it back and refunded me. I think I called them and told them what I did.
Couple of months ago I mailed my cable bill in with no check! They called me and I paid it with CC over the phone!

@NickNack

I don't usually order heavy items, so I usually use priority mail, it includes $50 of insurance and is delivered in 3 days, I get my credit within 7 days.

My next choice is the flat rate boxes, still delivered in 3 days.

Re: Question About Returning Your Way To QVC

@NickNack   I rarely use my own label because it's so much more expensive, however, when I do, I use parcel post and insure it.  I do think returns arrive faster and are processed faster using the prepaid label and I can get pick up service and not go to the post office plus don't have to buy insurance.
