Quality Control On Clothing Stinks!

For Christmas, I got 2 bummer clothing items from QVC. They were my only clothing gifts and I was very disappointed in both...

I received a Sport Savvy jacket and the zipper broke on the first wearing by splitting upward from the bottom even though it was zipped up. Had to pull it off over my head to get it off since after the zipper split, it wouldn't budge at all.

Then the Liz Caliborne top had a length measurement that was a full 2 inches shorter than stated on the description page.

Lack of quality control on these 2 items and others I've ordered (and returned) over the last 6 months due to poor quality will force me to stop ordering clothing from the Q.
