Thank you Q for the GREAT CS!

I got a call today from a nice lady in Q's CS dept. She had read my comment about some items I'd ordered to receive for Christmas that did not arrive until after.

She apologize and said she was going to send my comments on the the higher ups.

Then she said she'd give me a modest spendable credit on my account for the trouble! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Wow! I'm very impressed! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
