@SharkE  How long ago? Sometimes you need to give them a little time to research your problem, but I always get a response within a couple of hours.

 

If it's been much longer than that, re-send the email, that's happened when they didn't receive an email sent.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@SharkE - They definitely do—I've had them help me with three issues over the past week, far more assistance than I usually need to request, and they've replied within a few hours each time, just as @KingstonsMom noted.

 

Be sure you're sending your message to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. Sometimes people have posted other email addresses for the team, but that's the correct one that will be received in the system/queue as a new request for help. Good luck!
