QVC survey focusing on hosts

Yesterday I received a survey about hosts from QVC. I am a long time customer and rarely, ever click to take a survey, but decided to do so as I like QVC and the hosts. It was a basic survey asking me to answer yes or no questions on the product I bought. The end was the kicker. It listed pictures of hosts and asked me to pick the host that sold the product.

Apparently, they were trying to associate product purchase with host and this deeply offended me. I do like the hosts; however, I choose products because they appeal to me. I am not mindless and affected by the host's appeal and I do not want to participate in a survey that rates hosts because I am able to pick the host that sold the product. How disgusting! Apparently, they must have liked the sociological study that had participants trying to find a mugshot of a person who committed a crime; incidently those respondents did very poorly.

I will never answer another survey or request sent from QVC. What pressure the host must be under; imagine thinking that the amount of product sold is simply based on someone's personality. It's true they are the salesperson; but there are so many reasons why people buy the product! They must think the people buying are sooooo stupid and they are also demeaning their hosts. It was a very poor survey that's for sure.

By the way, they left no place in the survey to comment on the process. I will not be turning to that channel any time too soon because I am so angry they sent me such a ridiculous piece of junk.
