GREAT Customer Service

I recently ordered the philosophy tsv and it only came with one pump instead of two for the product. One lotion and one shower gel. I called QVC customer service and the very nice rep put me on hold for a while and came back and said they were unable to ship out just the pump but I could return the order. I didn't want to send it back because I really like it so she gave me a small but decent credit on the order. I was happy with that even though what I really wanted was the pump but I thought oh well they can't just send that so this is fine.

What shows up at my house last week??? A PUMP!!!!!! She came through for me and even though I already got the credit they found a way to get me my missing pump.

QVC you went above and beyond and it's reasons like this I would recommend you to anyone and continue buying.
