Most companies offer free shipping, or free over a certain amount. QVC not cutting it!

BedBathandBeyond also has fast shipping.  I see no reason why QVC can't get items shipped within 24 hours.  If I do order something from the Q, rarely nowadays, I don't expect to see the item for at least 7 to 10 business days.  Moderators, any reason/excuse for slow shipping???

Not only slow shipping,  slow returns, and slow answering CS.  HSN  came in less than 5 days.  Phone calls answered in less than 30 seconds for HSN CS

I wish QVC did this years ago, i would have saved so much money. Now my go to is Pier 1, but you have to shop around before you buy there because they are overpriced, but nice

HSN takes 2-3 days for my items to arrive.

And Q has the slooooowest return processing of all the companies with which I do business.  I always have to call about 10 days after delivery to get them to process it.  When I've waited, it's been up to 21 days....though one took longer than that!
