DOES ANYONE KNOW

when you do a return / exchange for a different size are you notified of the exchange and ship date OR does the exchanged item just eventually show up at your door?

 

I just returned an item for exchange and it has shown up on my tracking detail the item has been delivered to QVC.

If you check the box on the return form to be notified they will send you an email. When I did an exchange I also got an email when my replacement was shipped.

Today my exchange showed up in my order processing; return received and new size has been shipped.
