Is QVC matching donations?  I don't see where they state that they will match.

According to their Twitter account they donated $50,000.00

 No mention of a match just $50,000.00 and a link to the red cross site

$50,000 is just a pittance to an organization like QVC and hardly generous.  I'm sure they spend more than that on the CEO's Christmas party.

@Kachina624   seriously?  Assuming you're right that 50,000 is a pittance, then we ought to be seeing some much larger "pittances" from the many companies several times larger than qvc.   No question there is extreme need!

$50k seems like a fair amount.  I don't know if they could have afforded more. But they know the game: no good deed goes unpunished.  Smiley Sad
