I received a damaged item from QVC.  I sent it back and according to the UPS tracking it arrived back at QVC yesterday. How long before the refund appears?  Thanks

@mormel20.  If you sit and patiently wait, forever.  If you call CS with you tracking number, they should be able to do an immediate refund.  Be sure they don't charge for return or original shipping if it was defective

@mormel20  email the social team @QvCsocialteam@qvc.com. Give them all details of return and they will issue credit.

@mormel20 I just got a refund today on an item I returned last week.

 

Took 5 days after tracking says it was delivered.

As Kachina624 mentioned I call customer service at QVC and HSN and get an immediate refund.

That has been my experience as well.

 

I have never found the need to sit on hold trying to get a CS rep.

My experience is 2-3 weeks. You can email moderators after 10 days and they can help you.
