QVC need an answer please!

I need to know if this ring can be sized? Asked on the page but no answer. I messaged JAI on facebook, no answer.

I have ordered twice and have had to return due to the ring not fitting. Sizes are off.

@crazy4bears - The Social Team monitors the forums, but I'm not sure they can answer this specific question. I know it's frustrating when you want to know an answer but you're having trouble getting it.

Probably you should bring it to a jeweler to find out if you can't get an answer here.

Thanks, I'll move it to the jewelry forum.

I have already returned both of them so can't take to a jeweler.

Don't want to reorder until I know if it can be sized.

@crazy4bears Probably not if it's sterling with applied gold. Qvc CS would not be able to answer your question as they are not jewelers or metal experts.

Sterling requires a higher heat than gold when soldered. In soldering it, the gold would melt and dissapate, leaving a mess. If there's any sort of gemstone, cracking it is a possibility.

I'd send it back and choose something else.

JAI CS seems to be non-existent despite the lip service we hear from Scott.

The best person to ask is a fully qualified jewelry repairer at an independent store.
