Trouble With Auto-Delivery Status

Is Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting Auto-Delivery to Load in Order Status!??? I've not had it be "Available" since late this summer!! I've seen some comments on here & I was wondering if Anyone has it working or is still having trouble?

 

I have called and emailed QVC about this, tried different browsers, tried to get into it on different devices! The only work around I've been able to come up with, is to go to the original order (which is alot of work & some are too old & I can't locate in Order Status) & click on the Manage Auto-Delivery option/in the Order Status page (from the Original Order) & from there I can get into the AD Shipment Schedule.

 

Help!?

 

(I did call in August/Sept & have a CS Agent narrate to me All of my Auto-Deliveries & make any changes on her end! It was Very time consuming for both her & me!) I'm close to canceling all my Auto-Deliveries, as I am basically blind as to when I have things being released!?

On my computer using Firefox I go to Order Status and click on AutoDelivery and have no problem...

I am having the exact same issue and have called emailed and live chatted with CS.  I also tried deleting app and reinstalling, accessing qvc website through another device, opened via Safari browser and still no luck.  Have had to call as you did to hear all deliveries and have the cs rep manually cancel or skip.  I am at same point where I may have to cancel all auto deliveries.  No idea how to get the attention of QVC and someone who can actually I'd issue and fix.  I suspect we are not the only two with this issue.  If you find a fix please share and I will as well.

I only have an iPhone and an iPad...no computer access but it has always worked on iPad before whatever changed

Unfortunately I've tried Safari, Chrome & Firefox & get the same message.... "We're sorry but Order Status is unavailable".. or something like that!

 

Are you using a PC or a Mac?

 

Whatever the reason... this should not be happening to so many people/customers with such a big company. This may seem too negative, but after so many years of no problems, this is a bridge too far. I've thankfully caught a couple of Auto-Delivery orders before they shipped out, but only because I'm currently checking my Order Status daily, trying to track returns etc....

@BCreative5   I am using a desktop computer...I don't have any trouble getting into the Auto Delivery or anything else...I also have signed up on the UPS website and they send tracking info  which is really nice.
