QVC how can you allow this?

[ Edited ]

Dear QVC,

I just read 2 reviews of yesterday's Clarks TSV..and guess what?  The reviews were written by people that didn't have the shoe, they were writing a review based on what they saw on TV....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How would you allow this?and How would those reviews be relevant?...

Happens all the time, there is no cross check between name and item number reviewed

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

@Alexa6352You're right -  those reviews are irrelevant.

That's true for thousands of reviews all over the Internet, not just QVC's.

I find over half of shoe and clothing reviews to be totally worthless everywhere for many reasons.

But the reviews that irritate me most?   The reviews about on Amazon about books where it's pretty obvious the "reviewer" read the book jacket or the first 10 pages at most.

Re: QVC how can you allow this?

It just facinates me that people on their devices think that they need to voice their opinions about every dang thing!

Did I buy the product? No. But let me tell you MY thoughts on the product, the person presenting the product, the set, the clothing people wore, the way they spoke & pronounced words.

Questions about the product. No, I don't have a question about the product, but I will use this space to challange the colors/sizes you chose to present.

Why you didn't make this product in my favorite color or include the measurment from 3" below the left corner to 6" above the right bottom corner.

Do I need that measurment? No. But, I got to point out how you are trying to trick me, by not mentioning that.

It makes me sad. And tired.

Wow, I had NO idea this was a common practice. Why bother reading the reviews? Smiley Frustrated

My favs, the reviews with one star because the item arrived too late to take on vacation or the color looked terrible with their complexion.

I honestly thought you had to purchase before reviewing a product. Then why ask if I purchased the product? Go figure.

This has been a common complaint about reviews.  It would be helpful if QVC did as Amazon and indicate Verified Purchase next to the review.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

HSN does not allow reviews until their system says your package was delivered at least 5 days prior.

QVC -- that would be a start.
