My computer froze up & kicked me off so when I did get back in the size I needed was gone. It's so frustrating. When your size you had in your cart & were trying to checkout can't be replaced. If they didn't have such a short window it would help a lot I believe.

was able to place items into cart and order AFTER the free shipping expired.

customer service was nice enough to remove customers shipping fees if you contacted them the same day. always a good idea to email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and explain the issues you are having. they do a great job!
