Interesting that you say this. When I lived in CA balsam wreaths were very expensive, so I bought Valerie's. When I moved to the east coast I discovered that I can buy one at my local tree farm for a lot less than Valerie's. I guess it depends on where you live.

If you can't buy a nice wreath locally, try LLBean. We have no trouble getting a nice wreath locally, but if not, I would try that retailer. They never disappoint.

@katiescarlett Why put up with this... or with their efforts to bait and switch... I'd cancel and order from someone who can tell you clearly they can fulfill the order.

@katiescarlett What a disappointment. I never received the popcorn that I ordered months ago, and finally had them credit my account. BTW, I order wreaths from LL Bean and even ship them directly to my daughter. The prices are similar to Valeries.

There are many reasons people order items to be delivered by a third party. Distance. Recipient has record where item came from. It just seems more impressive. I'm surprised this problem didn't surface months ago if a vendor was involved.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience on the wreath you have been receiving for years. I will forward your concern to the proper department to inform the vendor. However, we do have the Fresh Balsam Jingle Bell Wreath by Valerie. The shipping dates are 11/28, 12/5, & 12/12. I hope one of these can be helpful.
Thank you,
Thanks, but I ordered from LL Bean with free shipping.

Because I choose to.

Have you checked into buying it in your town? It'd be particularly nice if it came from a local, small business, retailer.
Was the wreath in stock online? If so, then Q has an obligation since you have it on auto pay. If it's not in stock and/or if Q sent you an email about it, cancel your order and buy it locally. I can't think of a reason that a retailer has to continue selling a product for 10 years, 20 years, or any length of time.
I just don't have time to shop around town looking for wreaths - I have a stressful full time job plus I take care of a farm by myself, so I do the majority of my shopping online at night.
