Disgusting!

@libbyannE wrote:Terrible. That's what happens when qvc says you can take 30 days to decide about an item. Tacky people WEAR things and return them, which is disgusting. And the Q obviously has quality control or training issues in their returns department. Why do they accept used items as returns? And why are items not properly inspected before being simply put back in stock? I would call customer service, ask them to pay for the return, and send the used boots back.
Almost every company alows 30 to 90 days as a return policy. It's not just a problem with QVC. QVC needs to inspect their products thoroughly before sending them out. Years ago I received used silverware. There was black hair wrapped around one of the forks. I called and they gave me a nice credit to my account. I almost threw up when o saw it.

That's why I could never buy something like an Emjoi from the Q. If I got a used one, I would do more than hurl! Anything that goes on or in my body is off limits for mail order.

Ok, I contacted customer service by e-mail. They want me to return the boots as defective and to send me a replacement pair.
I would prefer to keep them and get the as is price, but they don't want to play ball and totally ignored that request.

There is very little quality control when used products are shipped out as new. Some gross items are being shipped out, ick.
Customer service is decent so far IMO.

Nothing returned should go out as new....nothing. Shame on QVC! They have done this for years. The hosts always say to "shop with QVC Because what you buy has never been tried on like in stores off racks"......that is a blaent lie. I know it happens as I received a garment with Kleenex in the pocket one time.
If QVC can can not afford to stop shipping out returns as new, then, they should add a restocking fee to each return so they can afford to only ship out fresh, non returned goods. Maybe a restocking fee would stop those customers who return everything they buy.

They have them listed 'as is' also - for $50. A294144 Maybe cs will credit you $30?? It's worth a try if you really love them!

I buy clothing from a particular vendor all the time here. Unless it is a brand new item I am almost always sent used goods. Just this week I received a top that reeked of perfume, and was wadded up in a sack. Looked like a garage sale item. I called CS, and she had me return it, and she sent me what she said would be a new top overnight. I had to pay for the top again, but the shipping was paid for by QVC. I received it yesterday, and it arrived in a plastic sack all balled up, wrinkled, and was clearly a return. I called customer service, and she said they could credit me $8.00. This is a $80.00 top. Very dissastified, and will never order unless brand new from now on.

Please send me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and let's see if we can resolve this to your satisfaction.
