Ok, so I had been eying these winter boots for a while.
I ordered them last week and got them, opened them up to try them on, and
there are leaves, outdoor debris, and also black scuff marks on them.
I spent $80 on them (not including tax and shipping.)
If they are used, shouldn't I get an "As Is" price?
I spend a lot of money here, so I expect NEW when I pay NEW prices.
Not cool, Q, not cool.

Terrible. That's what happens when qvc says you can take 30 days to decide about an item. Tacky people WEAR things and return them, which is disgusting. And the Q obviously has quality control or training issues in their returns department. Why do they accept used items as returns? And why are items not properly inspected before being simply put back in stock? I would call customer service, ask them to pay for the return, and send the used boots back.

@perfectstain Does the upper or inside show any sign of wear? Maybe somebody just tried them on

@perfectstain you should post this in the customer care forum so a moderator can go into your account and give you a price adjustment town "As is" price, if you'd still like to keep them.

Not that I can tell. They were def wore outside, though.

At least with boots they most likely wore socks rather than bare feet, but I'd be upset, too for full price.

Yesterday received (not boots) but that 3 lb leaf blower - part A wouldn't fit part B and part C was missing. QVC QUALITY ? I have to admit mose things I order are near perfect - but this blower was def a return -----probably cuz part A and B wouldn't fit - and in the rush to get it out the door to resell to me - Q didn't notice C wasn't in the box.

The return policy is an incentive for people to order.
