The refund address is the regular shipping address.  A moderator said the Q updated the name on their labels, but it's the same ole shipping that it's always been.

I have those boots in the red plaid and they are not the "guaranteed" warmth as advertised.

I wouldn't keep them, I don't think you would be happy with them at all.

@perfectstain You can call but sometimes it does not always get resolve.  I would email them.  I had an issue regarding a refund and the CS person was no help (and I don't say that's the case all the time I've called).  I was goind to let it go but I decided to email them with a full explanation.  I received an email back same day and the issue was resolved with no effort on my part.

I cancel so many orders due to the fact that the returns are constant.

I can understand your unhappiness with receiving used good, but why in the world are you posting this on here instead of simply calling customer service and giving them a chance to make it right?
