Revitalign has repositioned their sandal A-717824

Now it's called Revitalign Orthodic Washable Pool Slide Sandals -- Cabana.

However, the exact same sandal was also the January TSV, but called Washable Recovery Slide Sandals - Cabana.  It got terrible reviews because they are so flat to the ground and had absolutely no support and felt like walking on the ground.  The TSV price was $29.99.  All the hosts sold them as amazing recovery sandals that had been streamlinedSmiley Very Happy

So now, they changed the name, removed the word Recovery, and call them Washable Pool Slide Sandals - Cabana.

Shawn admitted these were the January TSV and sold over 40,000 for more money ($29.99).  But of course she left out they got blasted for being terrible, and surely the majority were returned.

Hey, they need to move all those returns out of inventory.  Just $24.98 now, so enjoy your pool sandals!!

Gotta love ya, QVC. Smiley Very Happy

I've always thought that all "recovery sandals" are really just pool sandals, regardless of the brand.  Not a big deal in my world if they changed the name. ✌

True recovery sandals were never meant to be "pool" sandals.  Recovery sandals were originally created for athletes to have a thick, arch-supported sole that provided specialized cushion to alleviate foot fatigue, and provide faster muscle recovery.

Then lots of non-athletes realized they're great for anyone who stands a lot, walks a lot, or just wants that kind of cushion to help their feet and legs.

Totally different from pool shoes; not just a name change.
