Im devastated,that was the only gift I got my boys this year. Now at 08:24pm christmas eve night I sit here in tears disapointed because my I know my children will be very hurt come christmas morning.I feel like a failure. Thanks QVC FOR RUINING MY HOLIDAY{#emotions_dlg.crying}{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

At least your,s are getting presents. Is it because you are afraid they will not like you ? Children are so spoiled today with all the expectations. It is not the Q,s fault. Christmas is not suppose to be about gifts. Sorry I am tired of hearing how kid,s are not going to get gifts. Give them the gift of love and responsibility, something no one can buy.

I noticed that ShopHQ had the same "guarantee" however, scrolling across the bottom of the screen was a blurb indicating that they could not be responsible for the guaranteed delivery of the items because there may be delivery delays due to bad weather, back log of items to be shipped, etc. and things beyond their control.

I did notice that Chuck Clemency posted on his FB page that if you ordered something guaranteed to arrive by x-mas and it didn't arrive, contact ShopHQ and your s/h paid would be refunded.

You should have ordered sooner. Once a package leaves QVC, they really have no control over it. You have to take into consideration the weather etc. Next year, shop earlier.

Well said. Ordering on the 20th and expecting it by Christmas is just plain unrealistic. And you based Christmas one this one thing? Not very smart.

I ordered something (not from qvc) internationally for my kids back in November and come Christmas Eve it wasn't here. So, Santa left a note taped to the mantle saying there was a mix up when loading the sleigh and something got left behind. Not to worry, the elves took it to the post office right away and our mail lady will bring it asap. Obviously my kids still believe, but if yours don't then surely they could understand shipping was delayed and its not the end of the world. We all do the best we can and it's a good lesson for all of us.

I LOVE this! Your kids are very fortunate to be in such a creative and positive household! Hope you all had a terrific Christmas! =) (And while I will give you that I was probably an unusual kid ~ to have a note from SANTA as a kid would have been more exciting than anything to me! I would have asked if we could have framed it!)

I agree!

This was great. I hope others remember this for their kids for the future!

Ahhhh, but let me tell you...I ordered a bracelet on December 23 at noon and it was in my hands on December 24 at 5 pm. ShopHQ achieved!

You know what. I am so tired of people saying it is not QVC's fault or people should have ordered it earlier. I having been shopping with QVC around 7 years and have spent thousands of dollars.The fact of the matter is I did not start having problems with them until last rear, 2012. Since that point in time everything in the world has gone wrong.. And I always start my shopping way early!!!! I forgave QVC for what they did last year and trust me it was several and it was pretty bad. But as of this year and today. I would not recommend them to my dog!! I don't know what problems they may be having or what changes they have implemented. But I can tell you it is NO longer about their customers! Being disabled and having to even have my daughter type this up for me is even quit out of my nature. But I have tried to speak with their managers over the phone, emailing them, and writing them about these issues. But no-reply and no-go. OUT OF ALL the issues I have had we have had to figure them out our selves, call all different types of consumer company's, and freight shipping people, hours on the phone because all QVC cares about is taking your order.. Out of the 20 problems I had last year and this year, I had only 1 QVC rep. actually help me. And it is really sad, because we have always counted on QVC for their quality, value, and word. But we have found other companies to help us and most with better rates and definatly better shipping rates. In the economy, no body should have to hardly pay for shipping any more.. Sorry QVC, we hope you get you stuff back together and a promise is a promise no matter who gives it. People should give late orderer's a break. Some people don't have the money to order "early"! thinking that with a reputal company like QVC will stand up to their word. Then once QVC holds up their money for two weeks on a return policy because people never got it or the UPS man delivered it to the wrong house and it was stolen. Then you don't have another $350.00 right before Christmas to go by your child something. (Just one of the things that happened to me, when QVC was suppose to put up there signature required and did not. They denied it, blamed it on UPS, but then UPS showed me the docs themselves. Had to get the Sheriff involved, and worse it was one of my neighbors, QVC supposedly had to investigate, they took forever, since we had talked to UPS and Sheriff 10 billion times, we just got the fax # from QVC for the local UPS to send the docs over to them, FYI: tip.) QVC, still love your host.. And we will still order as long as its something simple..

trisha, why continue to shop with QVC if you have had so much trouble? Just about every shopping venue in the US has on-line ordering, why not just shop with them if you are so dissatisified with QVC?

Wow.....so QVC RUINED your Christmas, because of a gift not arriving on time when it was ordered probably too late. Maybe this was a sign......to give the gift of time to family, friends, loved ones. There is no delivery date of time and certainly no guarantee, do it now. Please take my advice-----------from someone who no longer has any family members left, lost all 3 of my family members 2.5 years ago & what I would give to have 1 more Christmas with them.

I think if I had 20 problems in one year with a retailer and only one CS rep helped me, I would be long gone, not still shopping here as long as it's something "simple," to quote the poster.
