I see that many companies are offering additional service to customers for the holiday delivery problems. Amazon, Kohls, Walmart, and others are giving things like shipping reimbursement, gift cards, etc to apologize to customers for not receiving packages that were supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't the "fault" of these companies since we all know by now that UPS/FedEx had a combination of weather and staffing issues causing late delivery problems. But I think these companies are making a strong statement in support of customers to give some attention to disappointed customers who did not get their "guaranteed Christmas" deliveries. I didn't order anything from QVC with late delivery but I know that others have. I am wondering if QVC reached out to their disappointed customers with some additional support?

I didn't receive a Monster vacuum I ordered in time for Christmas. The Q sent me an apology email, refunded my shipping costs, and gave me a $20 gift credit.
