Does anyone know if they both use the same warehouses? The reason I ask is that I received the right brand but the wrong item from QVC. I see it is available from HSN also. Rather than attempt an exchange, do I dare order it from HSN and expect to receive the right item?

Why not just contact customer service so they can assist with sending you out the correct item. Probaly easily resolved.

Thanks for your response. I have contacted them. She told me to just return the item and mark it as defective to receive full credit. She gave no other options.

@Katrinka23 - QVC and HSN operate as separate entities; there has been some talk of streamlining warehouses and shipping over the past year or so since Qurate acquired HSN, but it doesn't seem like that has happened yet. As for your incorrect item, I'd recommend marking it as "wrong item received" rather than defective—it seems odd that you were given that instruction when it doesn't seem like it would be accurate.
