I dont want relationships with QVC hosts ......  I want unique and interesting products and a variety in programming presented by well prepared competent hosts with the productws as the "star"....

"Delivering the thrill of discovery" sounds more like getting the QVC customer excited about some of the useless junk they're throwing at us! I noticed David V has started to use, "this is so exciting" on his presentations, followed by his laugh talking. Sorry David, not buying it.

Yes, it sounds like big business speak.  It's a pile of baloney, a marketing ploy.  

I worked for a huge international corporation and it's also how they 'talked' to employees.  Only the gullible believed it but no one could say anything without getting labeled as not being a team player.
